The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.0051/2025 registered at Police Station-Sadar Hindaun District Karauli for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(2), 3(5) of BNSS, 2023 and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that at the time of incident, petitioner was not present at the spot which is evident from the analysis of CCTV footage in which it is co- accused Iqbal who have stabbed to the complainant-Vishnu. tioner is involved in this case on the fabricated and concocted grounds. He further submits that there is no medical opinion to show that the alleged injuries are dangerous to life. Petitioner is behind the bars since 09.05.2025. There is no criminal antecedents against the petitioner. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner -Anil @ Anil Kapoor S/o Buddh Ram @ Buddh shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.0051/2025 registered at Police StationSadar Hindaun District Karauli on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for his appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
