The petitioner has preferred this sixth interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.0019/2020 registered with Police Station Nadbai, District-Bharatpur for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 120 of IPC and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from several diseases including knee pain, which is evident from the medical document and his regular treatment is going on. The petitioner wants to get operate his legs therefore, it is prayed that the interim bail for 60 days may be granted to the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for interim bail and has submitted the verification report, according to which, since December, 2024 till now, the petitioner is taking medical assistance, which is being provided to the petitioner.

In backdrop of the arguments advanced by the learned Public Prosecutor, I do not find it just and proper to release the petitioner on interim bail, hence the sixth interim bail application of the petitioner Rohtan Singh S/o Shri Kishan Singh in FIR No.0019/2020 registered with Police Station Nadbai, DistrictBharatpur for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 120 of IPC and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act is hereby dismissed.
