The first anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 03.12.2024 by this court, with the liberty to surrender before the concerned court. On account of its withdrawal petitioner has again filed this second anticipatory bail application as the first anticipatory bail application was dismissed as not pressed and petitioner was directed to surrender before the concerned court.

Instant second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
