The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 5/2025 registered at Police Station Tehla District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 307 of BNS.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is a young man aged 22 years. The matter is triable by Magistrate and applicant has no criminal antecedents. It is submitted that applicant is in custody ever since 01.11.2025. Learned counsel further submits that the conclusion of trial is likely to take a long time and no useful purpose would be served by keeping the accused-applicant behind bars till disposal of the case.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that accused-applicant is a young man of 22 years; that the matter is triable my Magistrate; that there is no criminal antecedent registered against the accused-applicant; that accused-applicant is in custody ever since 01.11.2025 and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accusedapplicant and enlarge him/her on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Dinesh Kuamr Meena S/o Shri Rampratap @ Pappuram Meena shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
