Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are young persons, sole bread earners of their families and have no criminal antecedents registered against them. It is submitted that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the police authorities have registered the present FIR and allegations under Section 109 BNS were levelled, however, no grievous injury has been caused to any person.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the anticipatory bail application. 4. Heard and considered.

Considering the contentions put-forth by the counsel for the parties, the fact that the applicants are young persons with no criminal antecedents discredited to them and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court deems it proper to allow the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Pahari, District Deeg in F.I.R. No. 29/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants Tofiq S/o Aaseen, Naved S/o Aaseen,

Tahreem S/o Aaseen, Aaseen S/o Bhuriya @ Bhure Khan,

Sannu S/o Idrish @ Iddar and Sabba @ Ansarul S/o Idrish @ Iddar , they shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of the

(i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
