The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 67/2024 registered at Police Station Special Police Station SOG, Jaipur (Raj.) for the offence(s) under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Sections 3, 4,6 of Rajasthan Public Exams (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1992.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is sole bread earner of the family aged 32 years. It is submitted that the matter is triable by Magistrate and applicant is in custody ever since 26.08.2025. It is further submitted that

charge-sheet has been filed. Further, it is submitted that coaccused has already been enlarged on bail.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that accused-applicant is sole bread earner of the family aged 32 years; that the matter is triable my Magistrate; that charge-sheet has already been filed; that coaccused has already been enlarged on bail and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Bhomaram Son Of Bheraram shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
