The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 446/2025 registered at Police Station Hindoli District Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 8/20 of NDPS Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicants has submitted that applicants are sole bread earners of their family. It is

submitted that applicant No.1 is not having any antecedent and applicant No.2 is having antecedent of different nature. It is further submitted that the applicants are behind bars ever-since 20.10.2025 and the quantity recovered is much less than the commercial i.e. 20 kgs of ganja and the present recovery pertains to 5 kgs of ganja .

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the instant bail applications.

Heard and considered.

Considering the overall facts, taking note of the fact that the applicants are young man, who are sole bread earners for their family; that the contraband recovered is less than the commercial quantity, but without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the accused-applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Dharamraj S/o Ramchandra & Sampatlal S/o Heeralal shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
