The matter comes up on an application filed for modification of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in para-3 of the said order, the contention “however, the petitioner was granted protection in both the FIRs by the Hon’ble High Court” have been wrongly mentioned. It was contended that the other co-accused was granted protection in both the FIRs. Therefore, in place of the word “petitioner,” it should be read as “the co-accused.”

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

Accordingly, the order is modified to the extent that in place of the word “petitioner” as mentioned in 8^th line of Para-3 of the order dated 26.08.2025, it shall be read as “the other coaccused.”
