No one is present on behalf of the applicants even in the second round.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Application has been moved by respondents No.4 to 6 in S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.1634/2021, whereby the miscellaneous petition was disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner. While passing such order, it was made clear that the protection order shall remain in force for a period of two months from the date of passing of order dated 30.11.2021 and the petitioner was directed to move appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The applicants have submitted in the application that the petitioner was misusing the protection and was threatening the applicants in the garb of protection order.

Looking to the fact that the protection granted by this Court was for a limited period of two months vide order dated 30.11.2021, no further clarification or recalling of order dated 30.11.2021 is required.

In view of above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Application filed by the applicants is dismissed.
