Having heard learned counsel for the parties; after going through the impugned order, which is under review and particularly taking into consideration the fact that four similarly situated persons were granted the same benefit as granted to the respondent, we do not find any apparent error in the impugned order, which is under review.
Hence, this review petition is dismissed.
