By way of these writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the validity of Rule 36(i) of the Rajasthan Judicial Services Rules, 2010.
Taking into consideration the fact that the selections for the post of cadre of District Judge, 2020 have already been concluded and appointments have been provided to the successful candidates, we are of the view that these writ petitions are pending consideration for academic purposes only.
Hence, these petitions are disposed of while keeping it open for the interested persons to make similar challenge in appropriate proceedings.
