Present restoration application is filed for restoring the orders dated 18.09.2023 & 18.10.2023 passed in SBCWP No. 20293/2017.
For the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, the application for restoration is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/-.
Rs. 500/- is to be deposited with Rajasthan High Court, Munshi Sangh, Jaipur.
