Both the present petitions are decided by this common order as the controversy involved in the matters is identical.

Application (IA No. 01/2024) has been filed seeking the issuance of directions to the respondents to the effect of permitting the petitioner to join as Sr. Resident at Bundi, in light of the interim orders so passed.

Vide orders dated 06.03.2024 and 07.03.2024, the petitioners were provisionally permitted to participate in the counseling sessions.

In light of the orders dated 06.03.2024 and 07.03.2024, it is submitted that provisionally, counseling was carried out and consequently, the petitioners were selected as per their own merit.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that for prospective period, they have formulated and carried out a fresh policy.

Therefore, insofar as the present petitioners are concerned, for the reasons stated in the application (IA No. 01/2024) and as per the directions of this court dated 06.03.2024 and 07.03.2024,

the petitioners may be permitted to join as per the result which is given in the counseling.

Accordingly, in view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
