For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 18.01.2021 & 20.01.2020.
Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with Munshi Sangh, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur.
Orders dated 18.01.2021 & 20.01.2020, are hereby recalled.
