The instant petition is filed seeking appointment qua the posts of Nurse Grade-II vide recruitment advertisement dated 02.06.2010 and upon perusal of the available records, it is reflected that vide order dated 08.12.2010 notices were issued.
Today, when the matter was called before this Court, none has marked appearance qua the petitioner.
Learned counsel on behalf of the respondents has submitted that the instant matter is pertaining to the year 2010, wherein no interim protection is operative in favour of the petitioner, as on date. It is further submitted that the candidature of the petitioner under the said reserved Category was not recognized as they were

declared ineligible for the said appointment. Therefore, the matter is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
