Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant petition can be disposed in light of the judgment encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) .
Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to adjudicate the representation/notice for demand of justice (Annexure-5) considering the judgment passed in Pawan Meena (Supra) and circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan within a period of 30 days from passing of this order.
In light of the aforementioned, the instant petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
