An application for reconstitution of the writ petition No.4715/2022 has been preferred on behalf of the petitionerapplicant, in view of the fact that original record of the petition is not traceable.

As per the report of the concerned section, it is evident that the file is not traceable since the month of July, 2024.

On 05.07.2024 search slip was directed to be issued which has even been issued.

¶15

It seems that in spite of the search slip having been issued, the file has not been traced by the office.

¶16

In view of the above fact, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to reconstitute the complete record of S.B. Civil Writ petition No.4715/2022; including the order sheets, all the pleadings as well as the documents.

Learned counsel Mr. Bharat Devasee submits that he had moved an application for impleadment in the writ petition on which no orders have been passed.
