The matter comes up on misc. application submitted by the applicant seeking modification in the order dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court while deciding the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8336/2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that while deciding the aforesaid petition, this Court directed the review authority to decide the pending review petition. Counsel submits that the review petition has been withdrawn and the appeal is pending before the Appellate Authority, so appropriate modification may kindly be done and the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the pending appeal within a time prescribed by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2023.

The Appellate Authority is directed to decide the pending appeal, expeditiously as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
