Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the learned Single Judge vide order dated 18.05.2023 has decided a bunch of writ petitions including S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15954/2022 filed by the petitioner. It is submitted that the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge has already been affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.10.2023 passed in DBSAW No.712/2023 - Mukesh Kumar Dhobi & Ors. Vs. Raajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Ors. and other connected appeals. It is further submitted that in view of the above, the present appeal is also liable to be dismissed.
