We are not inclined to entertain the appeal. The appellants No.1 and 2 herein claim that they are member of the society since long. We find that the issue raised before learned Single Judge is as to whether administrator could enroll members in the society.

Learned Single Judge having found prima facie case, passed an interim order. The appellant(s), if so advised, may either seek impleadment or pray for intervention in the pending writ petition. No further order is required to be passed in the present appeal. 3. In view of the above, the present Special Appeal (Writ) stands disposed off.
