of the qualification which the writ petitioner possessed, prior to issuance of the notification. In view of the judgment of this Court passed in the case of Ankul Singhal Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (supra) , the subsequent qualification could not be operated against the respondent writ petitioner to disqualify.
