1. This habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner alleging that his daughter aged more than 18 years is in illegal detention of respondent No.5 and in relation to that he has lodged a missing person report at Police Station Marwar Junction,

District Pali on 20.01.2024, however, the police are not making sincere efforts to trace out his daughter.
2. Pursuant to the directions given by this Court, learned GA-cum-AAG has produced the corpus through police before this Court.
3. We have interacted with the corpus and she has stated that she voluntarily solemnized marriage with the respondent No.5 and she is not in illegal detention of anybody.
4. The petitioner, present in person, has submitted that as he has already accepted the relationship between his daughter and the respondent No.5, he does not want to pursue this habeas corpus petition further and wants to withdraw the same.
5. In view of the above submission, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
