At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in case of Manoj Khandelwal & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7283/2014, decided on 16.07.2014 at Jaipur Bench. He submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the

pending representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the submissions made, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the observations made in the case of Manoj Khandelwal (supra), as expeditiously as possible.
