The present petition is filed assailing the impugned order dated 06.01.2022 passed by the learned Tribunal, whereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the transfer order dated 29.09.2021 and relieving order dated 14.12.2021, was dismissed.

Vide order dated 11.02.2022, the impugned transfer order was put to halt. Ever-since attaining the interim protection no sincere efforts are made by the petitioner to contest the matter.

In the facts and circumstances, relying upon the judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Shilpi Bose & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & ors. reported in 1991 Supp (2) SCC 659 , this

Court grants liberty to the respondents to pass any further order(s) considering the administrative exigencies and the governing policy. Petitioner/learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondents within a period of seven days from the date of passing of this order and the said representation be adjudicated within a period of seven days thereafter.

It is made clear that interim order dated 11.02.2022 will not cause any impediment qua the adjudication of the representation filed by the petitioner. However, the said interim order will be operative till the adjudication of the representation.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
