Present petition is filed against the order of the learned Central Administrative Tribunal which denied relief to the petitioner due to jurisdictional issues.
Vide order dated 12.02.2024, interim order was granted considering the medical complications/emergency of the petitioner’s wife as well as father. On 08.04.2024, liberty was granted to the petitioner to file a representation and same was directed to be decided by way of speaking order by respondents.
When the matter was called, none has marked presence on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that till date no representation is filed by the petitioner.
Considering the above-said contentions and taking note of the fact that no sincere efforts have been taken by the petitioner, this court is inclined to dismiss the present petition.
Accordingly, present petition is dismissed.
