Considering the limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent authorities.
In the event of filing such representation by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent authorities at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, strictly in accordance with law.
