Taking into consideration the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Director (Admn. Anr HR) KPTCL & Ors. Vs. C.P. Mundinamani & Ors. (2023) SCC Online SC 401, the view taken by the Tribunal is found to be correct and in accordance with the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
Therefore, the appeal has no merit and the same is dismissed.
