Learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the present writ petition on merit submits that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annex.3) to the respondent No.1-District Collector, Bikaner on 01.05.2023. He, therefore, prays that the respondent No.1-District Collector, Bikaner may be directed to decide the pending representation (Annex.3) of the petitioner within a specific time frame.
