Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the respondents may be directed to accept the online/offline application of the petitioner for grant of financial assistance by the State Government as per the guidelines dated 05.03.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the basis, on which the respondents were not accepting the application, does not survive as this Court in the case of Hariyala Rajasthan

Gaushala Vikash Sansthan vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4199/2024), decided on 25.04.2024 has quashed the order dated 14.02.2024 and, therefore, the cause on which the application was not being accepted by the respondents does not survive.

Per contra , learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents will prospectively proceed in the matter in accordance with the judgment rendered by this Court in case of Hariyala Rajasthan Gaushala Vikash Sansthan (supra) and will give a Show Cause Notice to the petitioner on the shortcomings observed in the inspection conducted by their Inspectors and if the petitioner’s case is found eligible, his application will also be accepted for the grant of the financial assistance as per the guidelines dated 05.03.2024.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage, however, seeks liberty to approach the Court, if any adverse decision is taken by the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with aforesaid liberty.

The stay application and other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
