Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the instant matter is squarely covered by the ratio of this court in S.B. CWP No. 1347/2024 titled Dr. Amit Soni vs. State of Raj . Hence, the instant petition can be settled in light of the dictum enunciated in Dr. Amit Soni (Supra).
The said above said fact is not refuted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents to carry forward the requisites as per the dictum of Dr. Amit Soni (Supra) and release the documents/credentials/certificates/mark-sheets of petitioners on undertaking.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
