Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant matter is squarely covered by the ratio of this court in S.B. CWP No. 1347/2024 titled Dr. Amit Soni vs. State of Raj . Hence, the instant petition can be settled in light of the dictum enunciated in Dr. Amit Soni (Supra).
