Counsel submits that the application filed by the petitioner, seeking approval / grant for undertaking Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician Course with 50 seats and Diploma in Radiation Technology Course with 50 seats in the academic session 2023-24, is still pending before the respondents for adjudication. Counsel submits that the said application has not been decided by the respondents for the reasons best known to them. Counsel submits that the respondents be directed to decide

the aforesaid application expeditiously, as early as possible, within a time frame.
Considering the aforesaid arguments of the petitioner and looking to the fact that the application filed by the petitioner is still pending for adjudication before the respondents, this Court deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition with direction to the respondents to decide the application (pending if any) expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after conducting necessary inspection and subject to the condition that the petitioner institution has completed all the required formalities.
Stay application and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
