At the outset, it has been apprised by learned counsel for the respondents to this Court that the controversy involved in these petitions has already been set at rest by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the batch of writ petitions with the lead case of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10339/2012,

Trilok Singh & Others Versus State of Rajasthan & Others decided on 21.10.2013. The aforesaid case was filed by the similarly situated persons and has been dismissed and this Court restrained the State Government from engaging Vidharti Mitra, under the Vidharti Mitra, Scheme against the post of Teacher Gr.III

and School Lecturers. Learned counsel submits that the controversy involved in these petitions has already been set at rest in the aforesaid judgment, now no further cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with these petitions and these petitions are liable to be rejected.

Considering the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the respondents and looking to the fact that the controversy involved in these petitions has already been set at rest by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat Jodhpur in the case of Trilok Singh (supra), this Court finds no valid reason to take a different view in favour of the petitioners.

Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed. Stay application and all applications (pending, if any) stand dismissed.
