Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to file appeal before the Appellate Authority under the provisions of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 1958.
In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
In case any appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
Since the main petition has been dismissed, stay application and all pending application/s, if any, shall stand dismissed.
