Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide information Annexure- 4, the petitioner was called for document verification Schedule on 26.12.2021 at Government Nursing College, MBS Hospital Complex Kota. Counsel also submits that the schedule for document verification was postponed and later on the petitioner was not called for the document verification and appointments were made by the respondents- authority vide order dated 27.03.2022. Counsel further submits that when the petitioner came to know about the appointments of the selected candidates

on the post of Community Health Officer, she has filed this writ petition. Counsel also submits that set of another writ petitions relating to the similar issue are pending before the Principal Seat Jodhpur as well as Bench Jaipur.

Considered the submissions.

An advertisement was issued on 31.08.2020, inviting applications from the eligible candidates for appointment on the post of Community Health Officer on contract basis. So as to adjudge the eligibility of the candidates, the document verification was Scheduled on 26.12.2021.

As per the documents available on record schedule date for the said document verification was postponed and was rescheduled for 07.01.2022, for which the information was sent to the petitioner by e-mail which is available on record as Annexure5. Even after the information send to the petitioner by e-mail for re-scheduled date of document verification on 07.01.2022, the petitioner did not appear for the document verification. After document verification the selected candidates who were found eligible, were given appointment vide order dated 27.03.2022. The petitioner has approached this Court by filing this petition on 27.02.2024 after passing of two years.

Since the petitioner was given information in regard to the schedule date of the document verification by sending e-mail, even then she did not appear for document verification and she has approached this Court after passing of two years of giving appointment to other selected candidates.

Hence, no interference is called for by this Court and the writ petition being devoid of merit and on account of delay in filing the same, is hereby, dismissed.

Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay application and the other pending application/s, if any, also stand dismissed.
