“b) Issue writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ / order / direction the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the appeals filed by the petitioner before the NFAC (Appeals) for assessment year 2013-14 and 201115 on 14.02.2028, for assessment year 2017-18 on 18.01.2020 and for assessment year 2018-19 on 14.04.2021 within a period as may be directed by this Hon’ble Court;”
