Mr. Sanjay Raj Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the compliance of the impugned order has been made, however, he seeks liberty that in case anything remains, the petitioner may be permitted to pursue his cause by filing a fresh representation before the appropriate authority.
In light of such submission, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the appropriate authority, which shall be decided by them strictly in accordance with law; accordingly the contempt proceedings are dropped and notices stand discharged.
