The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for providing certain information under Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996.

In these circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, District Jodhpur and respondent No. 3 The Village Development Officer, Gram Panchayat Dugar, Panchayat Samiti Balesar, District Jodhpur to either provide the information sought for by the petitioner or reject the application by a speaking order
