Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the writ petition on merits submits that against the order dated 25.10.2018, petitioner has preferred an appeal, which is pending consideration before the Revenue Appellate Authority, Bhilwara. He further submits that this is the third round of litigation and the appeal against the order dated 25.10.2018 is pending consideration before the Revenue Appellate Authority for last more than six years. He, therefore, prays that the Revenue Appellate

Authority, Bhilwara may be directed to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.
Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner and keeping in mind the fact that this is the third round of litigation and the appeal against the order dated 25.10.2018 is pending consideration before the Revenue Appellate Authority, Bhilwara for last more than six years, ends of justice will be met if the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Revenue Appellate Authority, Bhilwara to decide the pending appeal at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
