The present writ petition has been preferred against the office order dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure-17) whereby the selection of the petitioner on the post of Livestock Assistant has been cancelled.

2 A perusal of the order dated 31.03.2023 shows that vide the said order, after re-medical examination of the specially abled candidates, it was found that 35 candidates are ineligible and hence their selection was cancelled.

In the opinion of this Court, there is no reason to interfere with the said order as no document or representation has been placed on record by the petitioner subsequent to the order dated 31.03.2023 having been passed. There is a specific order available

on record vide which the selection of the petitioner has been cancelled. Had the petitioner been aggrieved of the same, he could have approached the departmental authorities for the redressal of his grievance pertaining to cancellation of his selection or even to ascertain the reason for his cancellation.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to file a representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the submission made, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move a representation to the authority concerned within a period of 15 days from now. On the said representation being filed, the same be decided within a period of four weeks thereafter in accordance with law.

The stay petition and the pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of .
