- The present restoration application has been preferred against the order dated 29.01.2024 passed by Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in pursuance to the per-emptory order dated 02.01.2024 passed by the Court.
- Vide order dated 02.01.2024, two weeks’ time was granted for fresh notices to be filed for respondent Nos.1 & 2 through both the processes. Notices although were filed on the same date, they were filed only in one set hence, the office termed the same to be non-compliance of the order of the Court and hence, dismissed the appeal.
