Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the material portion, as prayed in the present petition, qua joining has already been granted to the petitioner vide document issued by the office of Accountant General A & E, Jaipur Rajasthan on 08/05/2024.

In the light of above submission, the material prayer of the petition is allowed. Howsoever, the petitioner has submitted that

his joining was due ever since 07/12/2023 and the joining date granted is 08/05/2023.

Accordingly, as the material prayer is answered and the remaining dispute pertains to the purely factual consideration of date of joining, the same can be redressed before the respondentauthorities by way of a representation.

As a result, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondents encapsulating his limited grievance within a period of two weeks, which shall be duly answered by the latter, within a further period of four weeks, by way of a speaking order.

In light of the above, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
