Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has filed one representation qua his grievance for award of grace marks in terms of regulations and judgment of this court as well as considering the NMC guidelines dated 08/02/2024 but the same was not adjudicated upon therefore, the present petition was filed.

Considering the facts of the case, this court considered that the present writ petition is pre-mature yet the grievance of the petitioner can be adjudicated upon by the respondent no. 2 who will pass speaking order qua the representation within a period of four weeks from today.
