Hence, the instant petition can be settled in light of the dictum enunciated in Dr. Amit Soni (Supra).

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents to carry forward the requisites as per the dictum of Dr. Amit Soni (Supra) and release the documents/credentials/certificates/mark-sheets of petitioners on undertaking.
