By way of filing this petition, the petitioners are seeking direction against the respondents – authorities to remove the encroachment from the pasture land bearing Khasra No.360 & 361 situated in village Padampura, Tehsil Khandela District Sikar.

It appears that before approaching this Court, the petitioners have filed a representation before the competent authority for passing appropriate orders thereon but the same has yet not been decided / adjudicated on merits and without waiting for the decision of the competent authority on the said representation, the petitioners have approached this Court seeking above directions.

Since the matter is sub-judice before the competent authority, it is expected from the petitioners to approach the competent authority again for deciding the matter on merits.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievance.

In case, any such representation is submitted by the petitioners, the competent authority is expected to decide the same expeditiously as early as possible, strictly in accordance with law after affording the due opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties after following the due process of law.

Stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
