So far as the facts stated in the representation by the petitioner and the MRI Report as placed on record are concerned, it is clear that both of them do not tally a bit. Further, a sole MRI Report cannot be said to be a proof of any injury having been suffered by the petitioner or of any permanent disability or any surgery been undergone by the petitioner. Not a single document suggesting so, has been placed on record.
