Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the writ petition on merits submits that he will be satisfied if the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent No.6- District Collector, Bikaner for redressal of petitioner’s grievances and the respondent No.6 may be directed to decide the same at the earliest.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.6- District Collector, Bikaner. In the event of filing such representation by the petitioner, the respondent No.6- District Collector, Bikaner is directed to decide the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, strictly in accordance with law.
