At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has duly conceded to the preliminary objection raised by the counsel for the respondents regarding the availability of an alternate remedy before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the learned Central Administrative Tribunal for the redressal of the petitioner’s grievance.
As a result, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise their grievance before the appropriate authority i.e. Central Administrative Tribunal.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
