It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that as on date i.e. in the Year 2024, the impugned selection process has attained finality. Therefore, in the absence of any interim protection operative in favour of the petitioner, the lis before this Court has been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not refute the said contention.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
