At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner Institute may be permitted to submit an application for conducting the inspectin in order to grant permission for establishing the Para Medical College for DMLT Para Medical Course and also for passing appropriate orders for granting permission to establish the said college.

Learned counsel for the respondent-RPMC submits that as per the procedure for recognition laid down in Regulation 52 of the amended Rajasthan Para Medical Council Regulations, 2014, 2015 and Rajasthan para-Medical Council (Amendment) Regulations,

2023, it is for the Council to invite online application yearly for recognition on the basis of demand-supply and consider them for recognition in the manner provided in these Regulations. He further submits that if the petitioner files any representation while ventilating his grievance, the same would accordingly be decided while keeping into consideration the Regulation 52 of the Rajasthan Para Medical Council Regulations.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner-Institution to file an application seeking permission for establishing Para Medical College for conducting the aforementioned course within a period of three weeks from today.

In the event, if any such representation is filed by the petitioner-Institution, it is expected that the respondent No.3Rajasthan Para Medical Council, Jaipur shall consider and decide the same and shall pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of the application.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
